TOMMY LEE SPARTA

Tommy Lee Sparta, born Leroy Russell on November 4, 1987, in Montego Bay, Jamaica, is a well-known dancehall artist famed for his dark, "Gothic Dancehall" style. Growing up in the Flankers neighborhood, his music reflects the challenging environment of his upbringing, blending elements from reggae, dancehall, hip hop, and rock. He began his music career in 2008 and quickly gained recognition after being discovered by Vybz Kartel, eventually joining Kartel's Portmore Empire (Gaza) in 2010.
